Johnathan Seredynski

John Seredynski is part of SGT's Class Action & Complex Litigation practice groups. John's prior experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of litigation matters, including federal securities and antitrust class actions, shareholder, contract, and partnership disputes, internal and government investigations, whistleblower actions, and breach of fiduciary duty and financial fraud claims.

Prior to joining SGT, John worked at a New York-based plaintiffs' litigation firm where he represented investors in antitrust, commodities, and securities litigation and obtained hundreds of millions of dollars on their behalf.

Mr. Seredynski received his B.A. from Villanova University (2003) and his J.D. from New York Law School (2010).
