Krystyna Gancoss is an associate in Silver Golub & Teitell’s Class Actions and Complex Civil Litigation practice groups. With several years of litigation experience, Krystyna represents individuals and entities in environmental, consumer protection, data privacy, securities, antitrust and other complex matters.
Krystyna is dedicated to obtaining justice for individuals and communities harmed by corporate misconduct. She is extensively involved in the firm’s environmental and consumer product contamination litigation, representing individuals whose health and property have been adversely affected by harmful chemicals such as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and benzene. In addition, Krystyna advocates for individuals, including minors, whose sensitive personal information and data have been illegally collected, stored, misused or compromised. Through her work, Krystyna strives to obtain favorable results for her clients and hold corporations accountable in an effort to drive meaningful, systemic change.
Prior to joining SGT, Krystyna worked at a boutique law firm in Connecticut representing both individual and corporate clients in business litigation and transactional matters. Her practice concentrated on high-stakes contract disputes, employment law, business torts, intellectual property issues, corporate governance conflicts and equitable disputes.
Immediately following her graduation from law school, Krystyna clerked for the Hon. Stuart D. Bear, the Hon. Thomas A. Bishop and the Hon. Lubbie Harper, Jr., at the Connecticut Appellate Court.
